Sonoma 14.4.1 printer problems - AirPrint

My Epson P800 worked normally before Sonoma 14.4.1. Now it only uses AirPrint. The menu that lets one choose Printer Setting no longer lets me choose Advanced color settings with Media type,Print Mode, Color mode or Output resolution.

This occurs in Photoshop and Preview.

Is this happening to anyone else?

No airprinter on Big Sur I cannot add my printer to Big Sur. I tried latest Epson driver, no luck, and there is no Airprinter option.
