AirPods Pro 2 Call Quality Issue

Brand new AirPod Pro 2s. iPhone 13 Pro Max. Every phone call I make, people are saying I’m muffled and they can barely hear me. I’ve messed with every setting I can think of, same problem. Way too much money to spend and have such a basic feature as phone calls not work. Any suggestions before I return these?

AirPod incoming phone call ringing is extremely loud I have an iPhone 16 that I use with my AirPod Pro 2. When I have the headphones on and I get a phone call the ringtone is extremely loud. I have to rip the AirPods out. It is only the incoming phone call that’s rings too loud. I’ve gone into all the settings, turned all the ring tones down to the lowest setting. I can barely hear the other alerts now. Until I receive a call and the ring is full volume. Nothing seems to help.

No Ring tone in Airpods when receiving a call. Recently my Airpod Pros stopped ringing when receiving phone calls. New iPhone 14 with iOS 18.2.1. When a call is coming in, and the Airpods are in my ears, there is no ring tone in the Airpods. I tried them on two different iphones. Same result. I have powered down both phones and reset the Airpods. Ringer volume is set to half way. Phone will vibrate when the call comes in.

First Make sure your iPhone has the latest software version and your apps are updated too. If issue still persists, I know this is not going to be easy but backup your data and then restore your iPhone to factory settings through iTunes on your computer. I can guarantee that it will be fixed after this step. The issue mainly happens because of a software bug or a glitch.
