When on a call the other person can’t hear me really good , like if im really far from the headphone. Anyone has this issue or know how to fix them.

They are brand new … but i found the solution seems that its only on transparency mode . That people on the other end here me like if i was far . Im noise cancellation n on off the issue gets resolved.

I dont recognise this issue. Have you tried to reset the AirPods Max to see if the issues persist?
