Why can't the other side hear me during calls when connected to AirPods?

When i call other side they cant hear me so clearly. Mic for both side is not working! How can i fix it?

Try cleaning the microphones gently, as debris might be blocking them. Then, go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the info icon next to your AirPods, and ensure the microphone is set to "Automatically Switch AirPods." If the issue persists, reset your AirPods by holding the setup button on the case for 15 seconds until the light flashes amber, then reconnect them.
