Apple TV app stops working after 20 minutes and won't restart

We have a Sony tv and a Roku. The Apple TV is on the Roku. We have restarted Apple TV, restarted the Roku, unplugged the TV and clicked on all the SD related suggestions on the Apple TV suggestions. Nothing seems to work. Next step is to end my subscription.

Apple TV App has stopped working on Sony Bravia (Android) TV I have been watching Apple TV Plus on my Sony Bravia Android TV successfully for the past 8 or more months, but now it is behaving strangely: I can browse and select programs to watch, but when they start, there is no sound, and the video just loops through about 10s of the show, over and over. Apple TV Plus crashes on Roku TV TV shows play for about 10 minutes, then crashes the app. The app shuts down and tv shows go back to beginning. Other streaming services work fine, only on APPLE TV PLUS

Amazon prime app stopped working on apple tv 4k Ive watched amazon prime videos almost everyday on my apple tv box, but suddenly the app stopped working (About 3 days ago). Whenever i click on it with my remote, the icon just kind of bounces, like it wants to start but crashes. There is no open window in the 'open window tab' to shut off/turn on , ive tried rebooting my apple tv, i uninstalled and reinstalled the app 6 times by now but nothing helps, the app just wont start. Every other streaming app doesnt have a problem (disney, hbo, netflix)

Yes you also can’t go to the App Store
