Non responsive screen iPhone 15 pro

Phone was acting weird after being charged all night. I restarted it and it wouldn’t start back on for 10 mins. When it turned on the screen now isn’t responding. I can’t swipe up nor do anything with it. It’s back on but I can’t do anything on it, can’t even turn it off.
