Did not ship product used Apple Pay

I tried to call the store they said that they’re computer was out in a recorded message for the last four days. They said the email I emailed no answer. They told me the product was going to ship in two days. It’s been two weeks.

Money debited but no order confirmation I had placed an order for apple 2 nd generation pencil but didn’t receive any email confirmation and my money has been debited. Need help on the same.

Ordered iPad pro money has been debited but didn’t get any confirmation mail or anything I ordered an ipad pro from apple (in)and money has been deducted from my account but I didn’t get any order id aor any confirmation email and it’s showing that money has already received by merchant. I am confused what should i do in this situation🤷

Contact the merchant or start a dispute with the bank that issued the credit card you used to complete the transaction.
