VS Code in Mac

I use VS Code in Mac for coding . In my new MacBook Pro m2 2022 , I think that using vs code uses battery life much . How much should my Mac last while using Vs code , messenger and safari browser ?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.4

IDEs can use power, yes. Xcode is not known for sipping battery.


Run some benchmarks with your usual activities, and plot your local trends.
