literally i closed my mac for like 20 mins and when i reopened it i found that nothing is working on my mac just the power button and the screen that is it the keyboard is not working and also the trackpad does anyone know how to fix it??

The first thing I'd try, assuming it's not possible anything you changed caused this, would be to restart your Mac in Safe Mode: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
Let it run in Safe Mode for about 10 minutes or so to give it time to clear caches, check disk integrity, etc. See if your keyboard/trackpad work.
If they do, try rebooting again normally and see if they still work.
