Problems since updating to 17.4.1

Hello,


I have experienced the following problems since updating to 17.4.1. I am in the UK. Incidentally I have never experienced any user issues in any of the iPhones I have had in the last 15 years. The following have occurred since I did the update last week:

1) I can no longer use iMessage - only text message

2) Where my phone said EE and 4G it now says LTE but does not always connect when wif-fi is switched off

3) The "hotspot" option has disappeared entirely

4) The "subscriptions" information has disappeared entirely. The "subscriptions" icon appears under Apple ID but when you click on it you get the thinking about it circle for about a minute and then it goes back to the home screen


How do I fix? I've tried everything I've seen online but nothing works.

Please state "I've tried everything I've seen online" so that way someone doesn't reply with a tip only to have you respond by saying try that and it didn't work.
