Rotation Lock option disappeared

I have iPhone 13 Pro Max running 17.4.1. In “Control Center” the option to either lock or unlock the orientation of the screen has completely disappeared. Yet everything I read online states it’s still there, so what’s happened to mine and how can I get it back? And Yes I have multiple times performed “Reset All Settings” and nothing has changed.
