I recently updated the software on my phone to ios 17.4.1 and ever since, I am not able to use Apple Pay for either of the cards I had attached. I have removed and added them back, signed out and signed back in. I have hard rebooted the phone, still nothing. Any ideas?

Have you tried just removing the card for all devices (iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, etc,), restarting your iPhone and then adding it back to your Wallet app? When you go to add the card again, it will probably be in the Previous Cards. You’ll still have to add the card and your bank will need to verify the card, but that usually works.
Contact Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE and either make an appointment for the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or request that Apple Support run remote diagnostics on your NFC module. This is how your iPhone communicates with the transaction terminal.

What happens when you bring your iPhone near a transaction terminal? Are you double clicking the side button?
I double click it and the cards pop up, but it wont transmit with the terminal.
How many merchants have you tried Apple Pay at? Are the merchants national chains or a local merchant?
Both local and national. At least 6 different places.
