Not able to sign out from my apple id

Not able to sign out from my apple id. The bottom is deactivated

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

Turn off Screen Time at Settings > Screen Time, and scroll to the bottom to "Turn off Screen Time". There is a setting in Screen Time called "Account Changes" that could be set to not allow any account changes and your Apple ID will be greyed out and not let you tap on it.
