Apple thunderbolt display 27 to usb-c (non-thunderbolt)

I have a 27inch thunderbolt display, which works fantastic on my mac when paired with Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter. I work as a consultant and thus sometimes need to work with customer hardware. This being a windows PC in a lot of cases without thunderbolt support. This has made me consider replacing this display, which I would like to avoid if possible.

Is there a way to convert the thunderbolt output from the monitor to non-thunderbold usb-c that would work with PC's, for example using a hub or dongle?
