Shortcuts app "Find Notes" action missing in macOS 14.4.1

The Shortcuts app now has a bug after updating to macOS 14.4.1 This has occurred on both my Mac Studio 2022 and my MacBook Pro 14" 2021.

Prior to the update (was running macOS 14.4), the Shortcuts action Find Notes worked as expected when selected and added to a shortcut.  After the update to 14.4.1, Find Notes now changes to Filter Notes immediately when adding it to a shortcut. Filter Notes is not a valid action to select from the actions list.

The normal Find Notes action had an "+ Add Filter" button, "Sort by:" dropdown menu, and a "Limit" checkbox. 

The resulting Filter Notes action has only an "+ Add Filter" button and a "Limit" checkbox (missing the “Sort by:” feature). Clicking on the "+ Add Filter" button causes the Shortcuts app to crash every time.

Does anyone know of a fix or workaround for this (get the Find Notes action back), or if this might be addressed in the next 14.x.x release?
