I want to give my iPhone to my adult son
I want keep the cel plan on this iPhone but want to give to my adult son. Do I just remove myself from the phone and let him create a new Apple account?

The above process will help you set the iPhone to factory settings and that will allow your son to create his own Apple ID (if he doesn’t have one) and then use it to sign on and setup the iPhone for his personal use.
