World War Heroes working on iPhone but not iPad.

Been loving playing World War Heroes on my phone (iPhone13 17.3.1). A lot of time and money I've spent recently on this app has me dedicated to figuring this out so I can continue to play. I recently decided playing on a bigger screen would be awesome, so I downloaded the app on my iPad (6thgen 15.5). The app wants to open but once it goes to loading profile it immediately closes out. I just want to be able to play with the account I've been using on my phone to transfer to my iPad.
