Coursera Specialization Subscription on iPhone / AppStore not showing up in Coursera

I subscribed to a Courera Specialization recently, but next day I came back to the app, I no longer have access to the upgraded contents. Apple has sent me the receipt, but on Coursera's app and website both doesn't show payment history.

I just found out that somehow it was bind to my other Coursera account even though I haven't switched account in the past few months on my iPhone. I assume there is some weird underying bug, but make sure you check other accounts if having the same issue. My other account's email never received a confirmation email so I didn't realize.
