cant use phone plan help!!!

so I'm trying to transfer my phone plan with a physical sim and when i use my IMEI and IMEI2 the site says both are not compatible with the service but my device is also unlocked what do I do?

If I’m using another plan, do i just need to switch my SIM card I want a new phone. My boss pays for my service. Can I just order a new phone and switch SIM cards?
