Maintaining an iPhone Note Stored in GMAIL

I want to maintain a note between iOS Notes and an external app, Gmail.

Using the native iOS Notes app, I create a note that will be stored in my Gmail account (not iCloud and not on local phone). I can do this without an issue and I see the note stored in Gmail account, as an email, with a label of “Notes”.

My question. How do I update that note in the Gmail environment so it’s reflected back in the iOS Notes app? Is this possible? Is this only a one-way update?

To manage notes within a Gmail folder on the Notes app, simply tap and hold on the note. This will bring up a menu with options to send a copy of the note, move it to a different folder, or delete it completely.

Use Move. Faster and secure.
