I have an almost brand new iPhone 13 (2 weeks old) and I just updated it to iOS 17.4.1 last night. Since that the battery runs out way faster, before the update i could use it for 20 minutes without losing 2 percents. I’m aware that battery life decreases after a while, but not in 2 weeks. Do you think a new update will change this?

Updated to 17.4 1 this am. Was at a birthday party, took a couple pics 5 to be exact. Battery went from 98% to 4% in about 6 hrs with very little usage.
Same here! Happened the morning after update - lost power very fast!
My 12 Pro also draining much more quickly after 17.4.1 update. Absolutely fine beforehand.
least most of you can actually charge their device, I spent 1.2k on a iPad and after doing the update it won’t charge at all just charges for a brief second then stops
I have an iPhone 11 bought in 2023 almost a year ago, and it’s happening THE SAME, my battery runs from 100 to 60 in just 2 hours! Normally was 4 hours…
My iPhone 15 plus battery also draining very fast after updating to iOS 17.4.1. Before I was using my iPhone for 24 hours (20/80 rule) with single charge but now I need to charge 3 times in 2 days.
My usage scenario is same but still battery drain is faster in iOS 17.4.1, in previous iOS version battery was working well. Battery health is also same in both cases.
How did you fix it
My excessive battery drain since the iOS 17.4.1 seems to be caused by safari there is hardly any battery drain if safari is closed down I am hoping a new update will fix the problem
