Different currency in iCloud

Hi, my icloud storage is full, and apple is asking me if I want to upgrade it. However, the currency used to show the price indication is in arabic (it says .۳٫۹۹ ر.س). Not a single setting on my phone is in Arabic or UAE currency etc.

Got me wondering whether this is a bug or something else is happening..

Anybody knows what to do?

(when I press the bottom button, all pricing options default back to €)
