new iphone can't login to Google

I recently replaced my Iphone and laptop at the same time and now I can't login to my Google account anymore. Google prompt seems to rely on the device that the app was previously used on as 2FA method. So when I try to login to anything Google, it sends a prompt to the old device, which I don't have access to anymore. I am also unable to log into my gmail via Chrome or Safari on my new laptop. I'm stuck in the same loop where every account for every app I have needs to send a verification code to my email, which I cant access. Google also can't seem to send a verification link to my mobile number. Please help this is driving me crazy.
