That’s an internal parameter that is only meaningful to Apple engineers. That is true of almost all Analytics. There’s nothing in analytical logs that is useful or meaningful to an end user.

It's not very useful on iPhones, even though it's shown. Mostly, it seems to cause people to try to micromanage their batteries and worry needlessly.
