I cannot create a New Playlist from the Side Bar which is no longer available.

I no longer have access to the Playlist Side Bar. Previously (before 4:00 AM April 10th 2024) I have created dozens of Playlist with my favorite music. I am not sure of what I may or not have done to causing the Side Bar (Listing Playlists) to no longer be available. From the side bar, I would >right-click the highlighted "Playlist" > New Playlist > numerically under "P" Playlist appears > updated to desired title. Using the process mentioned was quicker than: File > New > Playlist. The latter process (File > New > Playlist) does not provide me an option to create a playlist. For the 1st. time, I can open a playlist by clicking on Library (Library-For You-Browse-Radio-Store) at the top and middle of the page. The side is easier and is already open. Ctrl-N and Ctrl-Shift-N works only when an existing Playlist (from Library) is open. Support was Helpful but, did not return my "Side Bar" I prefer to use the Side Bar features but, I will accept any suggestion/s from the experts. Thanks for been there; Daniel
