Some songs not syncing or playing when syncing with iTunes.

When I plug my iPhone into my Mac desktop to sync with iTunes some songs appear greyed out and I cannot play them in a playlist. I either get “this song is not available in your country or region” or they just get skipped for the next song. It’s randomly happening in all of my playlists. A handful of songs that just don’t sync properly. How can I fix this? I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro and syncing to an 08 iMac desktop.
