i was talking to customer care in evening, and I shared my screen twice and after 2-3 hours this sign in pop up pops up on screen while watching youtube and i took screenshot of that popup then closed the popup!

There are random reports of this same thing in the community here, on Reddit and Facebook yesterday and today. Probably a glitch on an Apple server somewhere sent it out, but better safe than sorry.
