iTune Playlist missing songs

iTunes Playlist missing songs. I have an iPad a iPhone and a Macbook all linked to the same account there seems to be a recurring problem with the playlist emptying of songs. I recreate the playlist and come back to them a month later all that work is undone. What is going on? Please help

Playlist Songs Disappeared Overnight I created a playlist in Apple Music and most of the songs disappeared at some point between yesterday evening and this morning. The playlist itself was created in the iOS app on my iPhone. When I finished the playlist yesterday evening I had 300+ songs and when I got home I checked that the playlist had synced to both my iPad and my computer. I even created a thumbnail icon that synced across the devices as well. When I tried to play that playlist this morning only nine songs were left and it just so happens that those nine songs are songs that I had purchased via iTunes many years ago. Do I have to re-create my playlist from scratch or is there a way to find the playlist and restore it? iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15.2.1

Apple Music Playlist Malfunctioning I can no longer add songs to any of my playlists. It has been doing this for a few weeks. My phone is updated to the latest iOS and I have closed out Apple Music and restarted it. Any ideas?

all standard playlists suddenly empty after synchronising my iphone 12 with the apple music app on my macbook all my standard playlists are still there but completely empty (no songs listed). The intelligent playlists are completely ok. All my other devices like ipads now are missing the standard playlists, without even synchronising them with my macbook. I even loaded an older itunes library on my mac and it showed the same mistake (all standard playlists empty). I'm not subscribed to apple music just using itunes. Thus there should not be any expired subscription issues. Does someone have a solution to get the self created playlists
