Messages App (v14.0) lags a lot when messaging on Sonoma (v14.4.1)

I use iMessages for chat on my Macbook Pro (2020, M1, 8GB RAM). Lately, after upgrading to Sonoma, I am observing that there is a lot of lag when sending chat message. The blue bar on top will stay stuck for many seconds, for even small text messages.

MacBook Air M3 very slow in iMessage and Whatsapp When click on a different contact in iMessage and WhatsApp, there is about a 4-5 second delay before I cans art typing. I've had the computer a few months now and never had this issue before.

Cisco jabber app always crashed on my MacOS Using macOS Monterey 12.6 the Cisco jabber version 14.0.4.306555 It constantly crashed each time jabber app is launched. I have tried to uninstall the jabber app and reinstall the app, this will work for that moment. However that is if I do not restart the MacOS.
