I dropped my phone no cracks but now stuck in sos mode

If you are using a physical sim in the phone, open the sim tray on the side of your phone and make the sim is fully seated correctly, then reinsert and see if you connect to cellular.

If that isn't the issue, you may need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation as the fall may have caused internal damage.
