iCloud sync on Mac is stuck...

Hi-I Attempted to sync a large file on iCloud Drive. After several days I deleted said file from iCloud Drive and it is still trying to sync.

I have tried using Activity Monitor to force quit "bird"-it either doesn't stop the process or it comes back. Same with "cloudd".

I have shut down and restarted. No change.

I restarted in Safe Mode and tried to use Activity Monitor again and same thing happened.

I am not very comfortable using the Terminal so I haven't tried that.

I am using a M1 MBP running 14.4.1. I hope someone has an answer for me... Thank you!!
