iPhone13 pro max is showing green dot and microphone is off and there are no apps showing that’s listening in on my phone,why is the green dot showing is someone listening to my audio? Excuse me I meant the orange dot is appearing when I make a phone call or receive one !

The orange dot is SUPPOSED to come on when making phone calls.
(without an operating microphone at your end, any conversation would LITERALLY be completely one-sided)

Open Control Center, and at the top, you'll see the icon for the camera or microphone and which app was using it most recently.
