Legacy VPP connections to Apple Business Manager

I have a situation that we need to connect a Legacy VPP account to a New Apple Business account. however the legacy account in question is already attached to an old Apple Business manager account.

My question is; can i connect the Legacy VPP to both Apple business accounts? or do i need to deactivate on the old and delete, and add to new?

Catch 22 - trying to download Apple Configurator with Business ID on MacBook Air We have a bunch of Ipads that i want to manage by Intune via Apple Configurator. I set up a business account and purchased a used MacBook air to install Apple Configurator on. Problem is that I cannot log into the Apple store to download Apple Configurator with a Business ID. I cannot assign the Apple Configurator app to the MacBook Air from within Apple Business Manager/Intune because the MacBook Air is not enrolled. Cannot enroll without Apple Configurator. Do I really have to create a personal Apple ID so that I can download Apple Configurator so that I can enroll these Ipads? Seems I shouldn't have to create a personal account to get this going. I feel like I am missing something.

Apple Business Manager: Add existing Apple IDs to the account Hey there everyone! I'd need your help because I'm trying to set-up Apple Business Manager for my organization (Small Company) and I'm facing a problem: We already have 8 devices each with its dedicated (previously created) Apple ID and I'd need to create new account on Apple Business Manager for these Apple IDs. Thing is though, I can't seem to create any account since I get the error: "This managed Apple ID is taken". I mean we created a bunch of Apple IDs prior to Apple Business Manager but it's not being managed by anyone in particular and I know for a fact that these accounts are not currently set-up in another Apple Business Manager account. So my question is this: How can I add existing Apple IDs to Apple Business Manager ? Thanks in advance!
