Why can I not get my robux with Apple Cash?

I am trying to use my Apple Cash and buy premium and robux. The purchase goes through but after refreshing like 1000 times my robux balance doesn't change and I don't have premium. I check roblox on pc and it's the same. I asked support to refund, they did, i retry purchase I still don't get robux.
