Voicemails not being recorded
People are leaving voicemails but my iPhone 13 with IOS 17. But I don't get them till days later, if at all.

You must have a cellular data connection to receive voicemails; the carrier’s voicemail system cannot forward voicemails to your phone over Wi-Fi. So you must leave Cellular (Mobile) data enabled on your phone.
