I changed carrier and am trying to set up the current carrier wifi but it kept saying I need WPA3 to use my new Wifi server. My daughter and I have the same model and her's was able to change while mine didn't. Help?

WPA3 is a router setting, it has nothing to do with your Mac.
You need to check that your Wi-Fi router is set to WPA3 per its own instructions if you need to have it set to that.
Your Mac if its a model that supports WPA3, will then simply connect to the Wi-Fi network using the WPA3 security.
