AST2 OS Diagnostics not functioning

We are a somewhat new AASP, and we have our server setup, but we have never been able to get the OS diagnostics to ever function properly. I'm a little lost on the best first step on getting this resolved and any extra help would be great. Thanks!

AST 2 Full System Diagnostic (OS) Not Working It's been three days of the same thing. I was able to run Full System(EFI) and Trackpad(OS) but not Full System(OS). I continue to get error message ADTM-113 Unable to complete Diagnostic. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AST 2 and reset NVRAM but nothing has help. I have communicated with Apple on Chat and still nothing. This is holding up my repairs. The last time I had to go to an Apple Retail Store and use their server. Can someone please help? I need this done like yesterday. The repair is on a MacBook Pro 2020 and MacBook Air 2019

Apple Diagnostics not working Since upgrading to macOS Ventura (my iMac is currently running 13.1 but the issue was there already on 13.0.1) I'm unable to use Apple Diagnostics (Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support). When I follow the usual procedure (see link in previous paragraph), the spinning globe appears with a message that my system is downloading Internet Recovery, which is already a sign something is not going the way it should. My Internet connection is solid and very fast (around 450 Mbps), but waiting for half an hour does not give any result. The spinning globe continues to spin and nothing else happens. I have already filed a bug report ("feedback") with Apple, but I was wondering if anyone else has the same issue and has possibly found a solution or a workaround.

M2 Mac and Ventura 13.5 does not update Apple, it seems that the M2 Macs have problems doing the updates. I have had the error message below since the 13.4. It only happens on my M2, the Intel no issue. Failed to download & prepare update: Error Domain=SUOSUErrorDomain Code=201 "Failed to personalize the software update. Please try again. I get this whether I use the full installer, the update, the command line update etc. I have 32GB RAM, 300 GB Disk so environment is not the issue. If Apple silicon needs to wait a week, then mention that. Currently not able to run 13.5, had issues getting to 13.4.1. Please address. Rob
