Good afternoon, I have a question. I'm running Apple Diagnostics on a MBP 2021 16 with an m1pro processor, and it's only showing one error: Tcon firmware. How can I fix it or update it?

that is a very obscure problem. I do not recall ever seeing it here previously.
There is no standard user procedure for upgrading that firmware -- you are likely looking at display failure, not old firmware.
You likely need to make an appointment for a display Hardware issue.

Provide a screenshot of this error message or anything wiles that applies to this. That would most certain help in this investigation. IMPORTANT: Blank out personal information(ie names and time) by covering them with red-colored rectangle and such, through use of the Photos app.
