Turning off Photo Reactions

Is there any way to turn off the frustrating feature apple made where random reactions show up while on camera? I was in a few professional calls that I had balloons, fireworks, confetti, and other random reactions randomly appear that I didn’t ask for. And I’ve looked online and cannot find a single person with a solution. This is very frustrating as I’ve had to keep explaining to people without iphones why my phone chooses to unprofessionally make random bubbles appear whenever I gave a thumbs up.
