Subject: Suggestion for Accessibility Improvement: Assistive Touch Functionality

Dear Apple Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently encountered an issue with my iPhone fifteen and wanted to bring it to your attention. After an unfortunate accident where my phone got stuck in my car trunk and became slightly bent, the power button stopped functioning properly. As a result, I’ve been relying heavily on Assistive Touch for basic functions such as locking the phone and taking screenshots.

While Assistive Touch has been incredibly helpful, I’ve run into a roadblock with certain features, specifically the payment confirmation toggle. This toggle requires a double-click to activate, which I’m unable to do due to the malfunctioning power button. Considering that many users may encounter similar hardware issues, I believe it would greatly enhance accessibility if the confirmation of this setting could be done using the passcode instead.
