Not receiving calls from jail because the business identification switch keeps turning itself on under call blocking and identification in settings how do I keep it off and why is it coming on ?
I started to not get calls from my boyfriend in prison in Colorado and I found out it was because the business call identification switch was on under call, blocking and identification in settings. I did not turn this on. I turned it off and he was immediately able to call me, but it keeps turning itself back on what is happening.
