My old phone was an iPhone 12, but I recently upgraded to an iPhone 15. Everything transferred except my number, and I can’t make any calls or texts on my new phone. Every time I try to transfer my number, it will bring me to an xfinity page saying they can’t find this page, or it will tell me to sign in to my xfinity account. But every time I try to sign in, it just tells me my account information. How do I transfer my number??

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who prove you with the configurations of your SIM card. Provide them with a screenshot of what you are seeing on your site, so they can see this firsthand, from YOUR perspective.
