Apple TV+ Free year not working

I purchased a new device which enabled a free Apple tv+ subscription for 1 year.

Apple ended their 1 year offer to Apple TV+ in 2021-06. Since then their offer is for 3 months.

A new device on same email was activated on 25th Jan, 2024 so it is within 90 days limit.

• The offer from Apple is for new subscribers. If you have previously redeemed an offer for an extended free trial to Apple TV+ from Apple, then you can’t redeem again later. One offer per user.
• The offer from Apple is valid for the purchase of select new Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV box), not other devices. Note that these Apple devices include the Apple TV app.
• The offer from Apple should be redeemed on that new qualifying Apple device, not on a different device.

➤ Note that for Macs, users have to additionally sign in to the TV app (menu Account), for the redeem option to appear.

It’s not clear from your reply whether funds actually exist. Your Apple Balance must show funds available for instant withdrawal. Successful manual fills done in the past aren’t good enough - cash must already exist prior to activating. I would put in 6 months worth.
