iPhone stuck at 80% charge despite normal temperature

Phone is not charging more than 80% even though there is no temperature raising on device, and my optimized charging option is off still not charging more than that

I managed to get a full charge yesterday but its just stopping at 80% today. It keeps saying that the phone has paused charging due to high temperatures. I'll try to unplug it and plug it back again it'll show that its charging for a few minutes and then it pauses again. Anyway to go around this? Or is this a known issue? The algorithm aims to ensure that your iPhone is still fully charged when unplugged. When Optimised Battery Charging is active, a notification on the Lock Screen states when your iPhone will be fully charged. If you need your iPhone to be fully charged sooner, touch and hold the notification and then tap Charge Now.
