i deleted my mac and there is a folder with a question mark blinking

so i couldn‘t log in to my acc because i forgot my password and i also forgot my key for that and then i saw the option to delete my mac which i thought could had helped me but it didn‘t i tried the recovering mode but i didn‘t have a starting disk which i found weird.

i can‘t redownload the mac os because there is no option of disc i can use.

can somebody help me?
