Are TuneIn and Jazz Radio not available on Apple TV in the App Store?

I like to listen to French Music. On my iPhone I asked Siri for French Music and TuneIn opened and Jazzy French started playing.

At home I tried finding this on my Apple TV. No luck. I searched the App Store - no luck. I down loaded Jazz Radio on my iPhone and found Jazzy French and it plays fine in my phone but I cannot find that app on my Apple TV. So I have to mirror my phone which is a pain in the @!
