I am pretty sure this is an unauthorized application that was downloaded and I can't find it in my computer to remove. It was never here before and the notifications look weird and brings up a weird website.
It shows in notifications but not my applications or when I use the SEARCH MY COMPUTER.
This is the closest I am able to find as a "name" for it.
Please help, I don't want my computer ruined.

These notifications are probably coming from Safari.
Open Safari and, in the menu bar, click Safari > Preferences (or Settings, depending on your version of macOS), click the Websites tab and select Notifications in the sidebar. In the list of websites to the right, remove the websites you do not recognize. Note that in the example below, I have no websites at all in my Notifications:
