How do I stop web links from opening apps on iPhone?

I have an iPhone 11 iOS 17.4.1.

Whenever I click on a web link for a site, it will load the app if it is installed.

For example, if I click a YouTube link, instead of going to the page, it launches the YouTube app. This happens with all apps, and both Safari and Firefox do the same thing.

Is there a way to turn this off?

I don’t want to long press and open every link in a new page.
