iphone 13 stuck on diagnostic mode

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the diagnostic mode on my iPhone 13, I bought this phone brand new, and when I turn on the phone, it goes into diagnostic mode, but the phone does not come out of this mode.I tried to update this phone via itunes it updated successfully but the problem still remains, and there’s an exit diagnostics button whenever i tap it it restarts my iPhone and then do the same thing all over again! PLEASE NOTE that i not live in america, and becouse of that i cant message to APPLE SUPPORT its not working in my country,

Who did you buy it "brand new" from? It clearly wasn’t “brand new” - most likely it was a phone that was returned for service, and stolen from the supply chain.

About the only possibility is to try to restore it using DFU mode→How To Put An iPhone In DFU Mode, The Apple Way

If that doesn’t work you have been sold a stolen phone.

hi, thanks for reply, i checked by serial and imei number its does not have turned on find my iphone, also the phone is not activated by imei number. (check photos) its came dissasembled and i bought new camera, display and assembled it. also DFU mode is working on this iphone and i can update or resotre it from itunes but there is same result when its boots up its showing the diagnostic mode,
