Is my iPhone compromised ?

My iPhone 13 Pro Max account password was changed and not by me. When I go to change and reset the password the iPhone goes into a security delay for one hour and still cannot still change the password. I have also found a device on my iPhone “Mac OS.

If there is another device signed into your account, you can view and remove it at Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom. After any unknown devices have been removed, then change the password again. Anyone with your Apple ID and Password can sign into your account and change your password, it has nothing to do with your iPhone being compromised. If someone has gained access to your account by getting your password, then review this Support Article:
